A 3 Year Old Girl Desperately Wanted Snow In The South. So Her Epic Dad Did THIS.
People in South Carolina don’t exactly get snow very often. But that didn’t stop this man from creating his very own snow, so his kids could enjoy playing in snow for the very first time. He got the idea after his 3 year old daughter fell in love with the movie ‘Frozen’. Bound and determined that his daughter and son would be able to see snow and make their very own Olaf snowman he decided to do some research into creating snow. The result was nothing short of magical.
“Last weekend we had some cold weather so I decided to do some testing behind my shop with the 6 nozzle internal mix set-up that a few of the guys at the shop and myself put together.”
“Conditions were perfect at 17 degree’s and we made roughly 21″ of snow overnight. To make a long story short, wet bulb temperatures of 21-27 degree’s will make ‘wet snow’ and temps below 20 deg will make nice dry/powdery snow.”
