More soldiers in Kashmir to seal borders, not to tackle protests: Parrikar – Times of India
Confirming that the Indian Army was strengthening its presence in the restive Jammu and Kashmir region, union defence minister Manohar Parrikar on Friday said that the move was aimed at countering infiltration attempts and not to tackle the unrest in civilian areas.
