PM to skip 71st UN session, Sushma likely to go instead – Times of India
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to skip the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York this year, and has asked external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj to represent India.
