Rob Lowe calls out Pharrell for NFL #LipSyncFail
Love Pharrell holding mic out to crowd and his voice continuing to sing. #FootballNightInAmerica #NFL #LipSyncFail
— Rob Lowe (@RobLowe) September 4, 2014
Flag on the play! Actor Rob Lowe was less than impressed when Packers-Seahawks pre-show entertainer Pharrell Williams suffered a #LipSyncFail during his performance, holding his mic to the crowd while somehow continuing to sing.
@RobLowe it's all good. The NFL wants the best sound to televise. It's like the canned laughter tracks. Not a bad thing.

That’s true. But it’s still fun to ridicule.
@RobLowe be happy !! Have you ever heard him live without autotune ? Now that will make you unhappy lol

@RobLowe so embarrassing… #uncomfortabletowatch

@RobLowe whoops!

Bummer that the camera had @pharrell in a headshot when he threw the mic to the audience during "Happy" – obvious he was lip-syncing. #NFL
— Annie DeLeon (@annieonline) September 5, 2014
Quite a few tweeters would have been “happy” to have skipped the performance entirely.
Because nothing gets me hype for NFL season like soft-singing Pharrell.. #SarcasticTweet

Things I want to see: football. Things I don't want to see: Pharrell.
— numberFire (@numberFire) September 5, 2014
Hey Pharrell, you're great and everything, but can we get the football game started please?
— Rachel Nichols (@Rachel__Nichols) September 5, 2014
Years from now I predict Pharrell will admit he secretly hated "happy" after preforming it 1000 times

@RobLowe At least it gave us a good 5minutes of #BobCosta free airtime.The only commentator who makes fans look forward to commercials break
